Our state and local economy is in shambles.  The “solution” on Beacon Hill seemingly has been to not only increase taxes but to implement new ones all the while reducing essential local aid!  Our district has been significantly impacted by these reductions in state aid not only to our towns but also to our schools. 

When elected to Beacon Hill, I will work to repeal the increase in sales tax that was recently implemented by the State Legislature.  This action will stimulate economic growth and help put our neighbors back to work!  I will be your independent voice on Beacon Hill and support true reform of our state government!  It will be my objective to work tirelessly on behalf of our towns and their residents to be certain we have our interests protected…from working on fiscal matters to ensuring that our senior citizens, working families, children and all of the residents in our district have their interests protected and served.
